So I have been hearing that after The Looney Tunes Show CN is going to try again with something called “Wabbit.” From what I understand, it’ll focus solely around Bugs Bunny. If it’s cartoon shorts that could work, but I’m still not sure about this one. What the hell is up with that squirrel that they’re pushing here? Does Bugs really need a new friend named Squeaks the Squirrel to pal around with? Bugs always fared well paired up with characters like Daffy (with the exception of The Looney Tunes Show), Yosemite Sam, Elmer Fudd, Taz, or Marvin the Martian, but I don’t see it with this squirrel. Also, Squeaks the Squirrel sounds like a name made up on the fly.
I was right about how The Looney Tunes Show was not going to live up to the classics, but I couldn’t have ever imagined that they would’ve went with that awkward Seinfield-style sitcom set up. I don’t expect Wabbit to deliver with reviving the classics, either.. This mess tells me that CN did not learn their lesson from The Looney Tunes Show and they are mistakes that they will continue to repeat.
The localization of “Rusty’s Real Deal Baseball” between Japan and North America.
A while back, I had stumbled upon some “artist’s” edit of my clean up of Patricia Wagon from Mighty Switch Force 2. I have to quote the caption that went with the tumblr post below in italics.
"a rare instance of adding more clothes to make something even sexier"
Instead of applying what appears to be long gloves and boots(?) and the failed-to-have-mentioned defined camel toe, I would’ve fixed that crooked hose nozzle. =P
I remember doing this clean up (the left one) for Mighty Switch Force 2. I look at this and I can think of so many things that I would love to change to make it better. Making her sexy isn’t one of them, because like Matt Bozon had once said to me, “Charm and appeal comes first with Wayforward’s game characters.”
And damn it! Charm and appeal is what comes first with my own characters, as well! =)
WIP art trade sketch of DynamicSketch's characters, Avery and Camomile!
That is adorable. Others always seem to think of Camomile’s little ram/sheep when they draw her.
My part is still underway.
I had imported the Super Mario 3D World soundtrack and had been listening to it. It just goes to show that Japan’s Club Nintendo has the better rewards.
As long as Rosalina is going to appear in Mario games, there will always be this familiar tune.
My Super Mario 3D World soundtrack arrived today. =)
